Diamond MD - Sian Lewis

Sian has worked for the Admiral Group for 14 years, starting with the Group in the Claims Department in Cardiff as a Senior Manager. She moved to Swansea office to start up and launch the Diamond operation just over 10 years ago.

Sian's current role is Diamond MD (220 people) and Swansea Office Senior Manager (950 people). Her day to day role is overseeing the sales, c/s and renewals operations for Diamond.The job involves pulling a lot of people together to work on projects enhancing customer service delivery, efficiencies or testing new ideas or products.

Operations Manager (Renewals) - Elwyn Gedrych

Elwyn has worked with Diamond since the launch in 1997. He has worked in Diamond sales, customer services and currently in Renewals as the Operations Manager.

Elwyn manages the operations of the renewals department on a day to day basis ensuring staff are happy, targets and goals are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
